STOCK DESIGNS: We have a selection of designs available here that you can choose from at no charge, and many other designs that you can use for a reasonable set up cost ($30 - $50 or so) from our stock embroidery design suppliers. Stock designs cannot be transferred to our customers, however, due to copyright laws.

CUSTOM DESIGNS: These need to be programmed for the embroidery process. We do have the "scan & sew" technology, but it only works for very simple designs. Most designs have to be “digitized” by hand using special software. Digitizing in embroidery is not the same as a digital format. (Embroidery formats are Tajima, Barudan, Toyota, Melco, and others particular to embroidery machines) Design set up starts at $35. This is a one time charge, and is based on complexity and stitch count. We can give you a rough idea of cost after we see your design. Custom designs are the property of the customer, and a copy of the disk is available for $10 in a Tajima .dst format.

ART & DESIGN: We charge $35/hour for design & layout, typesetting, cleaning up artwork prior to digitizing, or anything else that we must do.

EMBROIDERY prices may vary depending on the stitch count of your design and other factors, but generally are:

Names (L. Chest): $5 one name, additional lines by quote. Customer-supplied items start at $7.50.

Small Designs (up to around 4”): $7 - $15

Medium Designs (4” - 8”): $10 - $25

Large Designs: $25 & Up

Large Lettering: $10 & Up

Metallic Thread: Extra charge

Odd locations or difficult to hoop: We may add a small extra charge if we have to fight with it in order to hoop it. Some things can be rather challenging...............

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS must be brought in new or very clean. We charge an additional 25% to do embroidery on your items. Please check with us first as to whether or not your item can even be embroidered, and then bring in ONLY the parts that need decoration.

DISCOUNTS: Price breaks are given on cost of itemspurchased from us (see online catalog) and are as follows: 25-49 = 5% off / 50-99 = 7% off / 100 + =10% off. This is per type or style of item.
